Z-Sense (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and health-related information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your data when you use the Z-Sense mobile application (“App”).

1. Purpose of the App

Z-Sense is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All information provided is for general wellness and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

2. Face Scan Data

Our app uses the device’s front camera to capture facial data in real-time for the purpose of analyzing subtle skin color variations caused by blood flow. This process enables us to calculate key estimated heart rate (BPM).

Data Processing and Privacy Measures:

No facial images or biometric identifiers are collected, stored, or shared.
The facial data is converted into pixel-level information locally on the user’s device in real-time.
This pixelated data is used to perform Photoplethysmography (PPG)-based analysis to derive health metrics.
Once the analysis is completed and results are displayed, all related data is immediately discarded.
At no point is any facial data transmitted to external servers or stored within the app.

These measures are in place to ensure full compliance with user privacy and data protection standards. The app’s use of facial data is strictly limited to delivering health-related insights and does not involve any form of identity recognition or retention of visual data.

3. Data Usage

We use your data to:

Provide estimated wellness metrics based on camera-based optical sensing (PPG technology)
Display and store scan history (only if saved by the user)
Improve app performance, features, and usability
Ensure security and prevent misuse

4. Security Measures

Z-sense takes data security seriously and employs comprehensive measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your health data. These include:

Secure HTTPS connections across all communication.
Encrypted storage of sensitive information using industry-standard protocols.
Implementation of technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Data Retention

Health-related data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Users may request deletion of their data at any time through the app in the profile section by clicking on the "Delete My Data" button or by contacting info@oneadvt.com. Users can also delete their account completely through the profile section by clicking on the "Delete My Account" button.

6. Third-Party Sharing

Z-sense does not share, sell, or exchange any health-related data with third-party services, advertisers, or analytics providers. All data remains under the control of the user unless explicit written consent is provided.
